Mission Workshop Warranty Policy

At Mission Workshop, we build gear to perform – and endure. All Mission Workshop products are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. We want you to be happy with your gear — if somethings not right, let us know and we’ll do our best to take care of it.

Start by emailing us at warranty@missionworkshop.com with photos and a brief description of the issue. If it qualifies as a warranty case, we’ll provide instructions for sending the product in. Our team will work on repairing it and return it to you.

If a repair isn’t possible or if the repair quality doesn’t meet our standards, we’ll issue store credit for the original purchase price. We do not send product replacements — store credit is our standard solution for items that can't be repaired. Please retain your original receipt.


What’s Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

What’s Not Covered:

  • Wear and tear such as scuffs, UV damage, and fading.
  • The natural breakdown of materials that can happen over time.
  • Damage from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Cosmetic changes that don't affect product performance.
  • Damage from extreme conditions beyond intended use.

How It Works:

  1. Submit a warranty request with photos and a description of the issue.
  2. We’ll review your claim and let you know the next steps.
  3. Ship the product to us for evaluation and repair.
  4. If repair is not possible, we’ll issue store credit for the original purchase price.

Limitations:

The warranty applies to the original owner with proof of purchase. It does not cover loss, theft, or damage caused by neglect.


Our Commitment:

We prioritize repair when possible to extend the life of your gear and reduce waste — keeping Mission Workshop products in service for as long as possible.
